    A Club Member explicitly agrees with ADRIA - NEPTUN, spol. s r.o., Company Registration No. 40766519, with the registered office at Prague 1, Vaclavske namesti 26, Postcode 110 00, incorporated in the Companies Register with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Inset No. 2738 (hereinafter referred to only as the “Operator“) processing his/her personal data provided in the application for the purpose of administering his/her CHEF Club Member account, sending business offers and having these processed by other persons. A Club Member approves of the said data being processed by the establishments of the Operator and other processing parties for the above specified purposes. The approval is given for the period of the membership in the CHEF Club. As a data controller the provider is obliged to process the customer's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing, as amended.
